Key facts
The Swiss Federal Audit Office (SFAO) assessed the FITANIA programme of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS), which consisted of three projects at the time of the audit. The DDPS wishes to invest at least CHF 3.3 billion in command infrastructure, information technology and network connections with the programme (excluding internal personnel expenses within the Confederation).
