Avec ce projet, l&#8217;AFD met en place un syst\u00e8me unifi\u00e9 de gestion de l&#8217;engagement du Corps des gardes-fronti\u00e8re (Cgfr) et de la douane civile. Lanc\u00e9 en 2010, le projet co\u00fbtera environ 27 millions de francs. Ce montant se r\u00e9partit entre les frais de projet (17 millions) et d&#8217;exploitation (10 millions) durant les dix premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Pr\u00e8s de 95 % des tests de r\u00e9ception sur les syst\u00e8mes de l&#8217;AFD \u00e9taient achev\u00e9s au moment de l&#8217;audit. L&#8217;AFD pr\u00e9voit d&#8217;installer le nouveau syst\u00e8me de gestion de l&#8217;engagement (SGE) dans les quatre centrales d&#8217;engagement du Cgfr d\u00e8s la mi-2016.
