Le D\u00e9partement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res (DFAE) a connu des r\u00e9formes fondamentales ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le Contr\u00f4le f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des finances (CDF) a examin\u00e9 en particulier la fa\u00e7on dont la Direction des ressources (DR) est devenue le centre de comp\u00e9tences et de services du DFAE.
