Gest\u00fctzt auf die Artikel 5, 6 und 8 des Bundesgesetzes \u00fcber die Eidg. Finanzkontrolle vom 28. Juni 1967 hat die EFK vom 8. M\u00e4rz bis 7. April 2000 die L\u00e4nderprogramme der Direktion f\u00fcr Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit (DEZA) in Ecuador und Peru \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Diese L\u00e4nder wurden aufgrund der Mehrjahresplanung zusammen mit dem Inspektorat der DEZA ausgew\u00e4hlt.
