Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft muss j\u00e4hrlich \u00fcber die Genehmigung der Staatsrechnung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft (Bundesrechnung) beschliessen. Die Bundesversammlung muss sich darauf verlassen k\u00f6nnen, dass die Bundesrechnung durch ein unabh\u00e4ngiges Kontrollorgan gepr\u00fcft wurde. Die Eidgen\u00f6ssische Finanzkontrolle (EFK) pr\u00fcft dazu die Erstellung der Bundesrechnung nach anerkannten Revisionsgrunds\u00e4tzen. Anschliessend gibt sie den Finanzkommissionen der eidgen\u00f6ssischen R\u00e4te eine Empfehlung ab, ob die Bundesrech-nung zu genehmigen ist oder nicht. Aufgrund der Erkenntnisse aus den durchgef\u00fchrten Pr\u00fcfungen konnte die EFK mit ihrem Bericht vom 26.
