These recommendations were made in four audits conducted between 2011 and 2017. Audits were carried out at the FOC in recent years (audit mandates 15535 and 20260) to verify the implementation of earlier recommendations.<br><br>This report concerns a follow-up audit on the implementation of the six outstanding recommendations.<br>Five of these have now been closed.
