{"id":39039,"date":"2025-06-23T18:45:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T16:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.efk.admin.ch\/?post_type=audit&#038;p=39039"},"modified":"2025-06-23T18:42:49","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T16:42:49","slug":"peer-review-of-the-european-court-of-auditors","status":"publish","type":"audit","link":"https:\/\/www.efk.admin.ch\/en\/audit\/peer-review-of-the-european-court-of-auditors\/","title":{"rendered":"Peer review of the European Court of Auditors"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The peer review of the European Court of Auditors began in autumn 2023 and was carried out by a team of auditors from the Supreme Audit Institutions of Sweden, Canada and Slovenia, led by Switzerland.<br><br>Preliminary findings and recommendations were presented to the Members and Directors of the European Court of Auditors in October 2024, and a first draft of the written report was submitted at the end of January 2025.<br><br>The results of this peer review confirm the high standards applied by the European Court of Auditors, while highlighting some areas for potential improvement.
