The Swiss Federal Audit Office (SFAO) has carried out the first environmental audit in which it examined, for one thing, the normative implementation of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands, especially as a habitat for water birds and wading birds of international importance, and assessed, for another, the situation of the nature reserves in the Lake Constance region with respect to the implementation and progress achieved in terms of the goals of the Ramsar Convention and the national enforcement law pertaining to this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","audit_category":[48],"audit_type":[51],"class_list":["post-25647","audit","type-audit","status-publish","hentry","audit_category-transport-and-environment","audit_type-audit"],"acf":{"audit_lang":[{"lang":"d"}],"audit_numbers":[{"audit_number":"AAD"}],"audit_office":"","audit_office_text":"","audit_date":"20040309","bgo":false,"keywords":"","audit_office_local":""},"yoast_head":"\nNormative implementation of the Ramsar Convention on the protection of wetlands -
