Key facts
In June 2024, the Federal Council and the Conference of Cantonal Governments (KdK) approved the mandate for the project Entflechtung 27 – Division of tasks between the Confederation and the cantons. A broad approach will be taken to develop proposals for the separation of tasks between the Confederation and the cantons in 21 areas. The SFAO can provide guidance in this process. The following overview of potentially relevant SFAO reports contains a brief description and a link to the published report. It is not intended to be exhaustive.
